Kevin G. Hostetler, Chief Executive Officer
Kevin G. Hostetler joined FDH Velocitel in November 2014. He has a background working with private equity firms and large publicly traded enterprises. Mr. Hostetler has guided highly engineered product and services companies, such as IDEX, where he served as an officer of the company, and Ingersoll Rand, where he held leadership roles that led to improved strategic development, double digit growth, award winning product development, and fiscal discipline. He holds a B.S. in Corporate Finance from King’s College, an Executive MBA in International Business Management from Stern School of Business at New York University, and has completed executive development programs at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
Terrance Collins, Chief Administrative Officer
Terrance Collins joined the company in December 2014. In his role as Chief Administrative Officer, he is responsible for the strategic development and execution of Employee Health & Safety, Human Resources, and Information Technology (IT) functions. Mr. Collins most recently served as Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Corporate Officer at Zebra Technologies Corporation, a publicly traded $1B global manufacturer of marking, tracking, and printing technology solutions. Prior to Zebra, he served as Vice President of Human Resources for the Industrial and Life Science Segments of IDEX Corporation, a publicly traded industrial manufacturer. Mr. Collins has also successfully led several cross-functional areas, including Strategic Sourcing, Operational Excellence/Continuous Improvement, and Acquisition Integration. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Towson University. In addition, he attended the Chief Human Resources Executive Program at Cornell University’s School of Industrial and Labor Relations. Mr. Collins serves on the Board of Directors of the Human Resources Management Association of Chicago (HRMAC).
Joseph M. Busky, Chief Financial Officer
Joseph M. Busky joined FDH Velocitel as Chief Financial Officer in May 2015. From June 2008 to April 2015, Mr. Busky served as Chief Financial Officer of InnerWorkings, Inc., a leading global marketing execution firm for Fortune 500 brands across a wide range of industries. From November 2006 to November 2007, Mr. Busky served as Corporate Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer at Dade Behring, Inc., a clinical medical diagnostics company. Upon the purchase of Dade Behring by Siemens Healthcare in November 2007 and until June 2008, Mr. Busky assumed the role of Vice President, Corporate Controller for the Siemens Healthcare Diagnostics division. Previously, Mr. Busky served in various roles of increasing responsibility at Dade Behring, including Vice President, Treasurer, Vice President, Corporate Controller, and Vice President, Corporate Planning. Before joining Dade Behring in 1997, Mr. Busky worked in the audit function of Price Waterhouse, a global accounting firm, for nine years. Mr. Busky is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and a Masters in Business Administration from Loyola University in Baltimore.
Julia Hogan, Senior Vice President, Business Development & Marketing
Julia Hogan brings to FDH Velocitel extensive and proven wireless industry knowledge both domestically and internationally. An experienced senior executive, Ms. Hogan has successfully implemented global customer-focused market strategies that consistently exceeded business growth objectives. She has led both sales, professional services and product marketing teams, working most recently in the Inbuilding, Stadium, ODAS, and Small Cell wireless infrastructure segments. Previously, Ms. Hogan held senior leadership roles with Galtronics Corporation, JMA Wireless, Powerwave Technologies, CommScope, and Andrew Corporation. Her past roles have included Executive Vice President/Wireless Business Unit, Vice President and Managing Director, Vice President – Europe, and General Director. Ms. Hogan is a graduate of the Advanced Executive Program of Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management. She holds an M.A. in Linguistics and Teaching from St. Petersburg State University (St. Petersburg, Russia) and an M.B.A. with Distinction in International Business and Information Systems/Communications from DePaul University (Chicago, IL).
Robert F. Lindyberg, PhD, PE, Senior Vice President, Technology and Engineering
Dr. Robert Lindyberg specializes in structures research and engineering, including bridge design, the design of structures using engineered wood and advanced composite materials, nondestructive testing, and the probabilistic analysis of structures, including statistical methods and computer simulation. He leads FDH Velocitel’s division of engineers, field technicians, and research staff on nondestructive testing (NDT) research and evaluation projects for structures and facilities, including bridges, dams, levees, multi-use buildings, telecommunication towers, and transmission towers, with the ultimate goal of developing safe and cost-effective technology solutions for data-driven asset management of critical infrastructure. Dr. Lindyberg received a PhD in Civil and Structural Engineering from the University of Maine. He is a licensed professional engineer and member of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM), and American Society for Nondestructive Testing (ASNT).
Christopher G. Ply, PE, SE, Senior Vice President, Engineering
Mr. Ply has a long and distinguished record as a practicing structural and civil engineer in the telecommunications field. His expertise includes structural analysis and design of telecom facilities, site design and project management, field services including forensic investigations, and computational analysis and investigation of structural systems through advanced computer modeling techniques. Mr. Ply leads FDH Velocitel’s professional services division, which includes licensed professional engineers and technicians in the A&E, civil/site, geotechnical, structural, and forensic disciplines. Mr. Ply is a certified tower climber and a licensed professional engineer in 11 states and 2 U.S. territories, as well as a licensed structural engineer in 4 states. Mr. Ply received an M.S. in Civil Engineering from North Carolina State University, a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Lehigh University, and is a member of the Telecommunications Industry Association.
David Allen, PE, Vice President, Program Management
David Allen joined FDH Velocitel in February 2016, bringing more than 15 years of senior management experience in the engineering consulting industry with a focus on wireless infrastructure. Mr. Allen is a licensed professional engineer in 21 states and an experienced land development manager, with an expert understanding of the development process from land acquisition, entitlements, zoning, and construction drawings to permitting. His background includes serving as Vice President of Engineering Operations in charge of wireless development for Powder River Development Services, where he managed multidisciplinary teams representing site acquisition, engineering, construction, accounting, and project management professionals. He also served as Vice President and Business Manager for Kimley-Horn & Associates, in charge of the regional operations and management of 20+ offices and real estate investments. Mr. Allen holds an M.B.A. in Real Estate Finance and Development from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, and a B.S. in Civil Engineering from North Carolina State University.
Neil Manning, Vice President & General Manager, Small Cell and SiteSafe
Neil Manning has been at the forefront of the wireless industry for over 20 years with several industry leading organizations. He joined FDH Velocitel in January 2016 as Vice President and General Manager, leading the Small Cell and SiteSafe business units. In this role, Mr. Manning provides the strategic vision and operational leadership to drive the commercial and program management needs of the business. Prior to joining FDH Velocitel, Mr. Manning successfully led several commercial organizations at Corning Optical Communications (previously MobileAccess) and Sprint Nextel during a time of rapid growth in wireless solution deployments. Key roles included Vice President of Sales Development, Vice President OEM Sales, Vice President Worldwide Sales Operations, and National Sales Director. In these roles, he drove enterprise and indirect sales, strategy development, go-to-market planning, and VAR (Value Added Reseller) programs. Mr. Manning earned his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (Troy, NY) and holds an M.B.A. from Virginia Tech (Blacksburg, VA).
Jeffrey J. Clymer, PE, PMP, Vice President, Transmission & Distribution Services
Jeff Clymer leads FDH Velocitel’s engineering and investigative services for the power transmission and distribution (T&D) market. Mr. Clymer has more than 25 years of experience managing multiple, complex power projects and supporting client relationships for major programs. He excels at coordinating multidisciplinary teams of engineers, suppliers, and contractors, as well as forging strategic partnerships for new business growth and development. Previous experience includes leadership roles for Henkels & McCoy, Black & Veatch, ABB Inc., and Exelon Corporation. Mr. Clymer is a licensed professional engineer and a project management professional. He received a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Widener University and attended leadership programs at Duke Fuqua School of Business and Center for Creative Leadership. Mr. Clymer is a member of the American Society of Mechanical Engineering (ASME) and Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE).
Shai Halivni, Vice President/General Counsel & Secretary
Mr. Halivni joined FDH Velocitel in January 2016. He brings to the company more than 24 years of international in-house and private practice experience. Mr. Halivni served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary for Signal Digital Inc. (2014), Vice President and General Counsel for Alma Lasers (2007-2013), and General Counsel and Secretary for Dyson, Inc. (2004-2007), in addition to previous legal work for Sears, Roebuck and Co. and other companies. Mr. Halivni is licensed to practice law in Illinois and New York. He received a B.A. in Political Science and Math, and a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Columbia University.
