Kevin G. Hostetler, Chief Executive Officer
Kevin G. Hostetler has a background working with private equity firms and large publicly traded enterprises. Mr. Hostetler has guided highly engineered product and services companies, such as IDEX, where he served as an officer of the company, and Ingersoll Rand, where he held leadership roles that led to improved strategic development, double digit growth, award winning product development, and fiscal discipline. He holds a B.S. in Corporate Finance from King’s College, an Executive MBA in International Business Management from Stern School of Business at New York University, and has completed executive development programs at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
Terrance Collins, Chief Administrative Officer
Terrance Collins joined the company in December 2014. In his role as Chief Administrative Officer, he is responsible for the strategic development and execution of Employee Health & Safety, Human Resources, and Information Technology (IT) functions. Mr. Collins most recently served as Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Corporate Officer at Zebra Technologies Corporation, a publicly traded $1B global manufacturer of marking, tracking, and printing technology solutions. Prior to Zebra, he served as Vice President of Human Resources for the Industrial and Life Science Segments of IDEX Corporation, a publicly traded industrial manufacturer. Mr. Collins has also successfully led several cross-functional areas, including Strategic Sourcing, Operational Excellence/Continuous Improvement, and Acquisition Integration. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Towson University. In addition, he attended the Chief Human Resources Executive Program at Cornell University’s School of Industrial and Labor Relations. Mr. Collins serves on the Board of Directors of the Human Resources Management Association of Chicago (HRMAC).
David Sisk, CPA, CFM, CMA, CIA, Chief Financial Officer
David Sisk is an accomplished finance executive with over 15 years of working globally with senior management to improve business processes. He is experienced in providing strategic and hands-on leadership to drive organizational excellence. In his previous experience as the CFO for the Americas, a company that is a world leader in the equipment insulation market, he was responsible for all finance and IT functions and led a team of more than twenty. Previously, Mr. Fisk also served as CFO and Vice President of Cheminova A/S. Mr. Sisk holds an M.E. in Applied Economics & Policy Analysis, a B.S.B.A. in Finance, and B.S. in Accounting from North Carolina State University.
Robert F. Lindyberg, PhD, PE, Senior Vice President, Technology and Engineering
Dr. Robert Lindyberg specializes in structures research and engineering, including bridge design, the design of structures using engineered wood and advanced composite materials, nondestructive testing, and the probabilistic analysis of structures, including statistical methods and computer simulation. He oversees all engineering functions at FDH Infrastructure Services and leads the company’s vertical real estate and heavy civil business lines, as well as the company’s R&D initiative with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. Dr. Lindyberg received a PhD in Civil and Structural Engineering from the University of Maine. He is a licensed professional engineer and member of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM), and American Society for Nondestructive Testing (ASNT).
Ladson Brearley, PE, Vice President, Site Engineering
Ladson Brearley is an experienced Vice President of Engineering with a demonstrated history of working in the telecommunications, federal, and commercial building industries. He is an effective communicator, skilled in risk management, engineering operations, project delivery, business development, and structural engineering. During his previous tenure with American Tower, he assumed overall responsibility for the structural and site engineering required to market and maintain a 40,000-tower portfolio, developed an Architectural Engineering group, established the standards of practice for engineering, and produced over 50,000 deliverables per year. For FDH Infrastructure Services, Mr. Brearley oversees AE Services, Civil & Environmental Engineering Services, Engineering Investigative Services/Heavy Civil Division, T&D Services, and Research & Development. Mr. Brearley holds an M.S. in Civil Engineering from North Carolina State University and a B.S. in Physics from Davidson College.
Neil Kuplic, PE, Vice President, Structural Engineering
Neil Kuplic oversees the Structural Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, and Construction Services divisions for FDH Infrastructure Services. Mr. Kuplic previously served as Director of Structural Engineering for American Tower Corporation (2013-2016), responsible for more than 2,250 projects per month, and as Vice President of FDH Engineering (2007-2013), where he managed the structural engineering and CAD departments. In addition to his telecommunications experience, Mr. Kuplic has managed structural engineering projects for commercial and residential developments. He is experienced in the design, construction, and forensic investigation of residential and multi-story structures, and led a team of engineers to provide forensic investigations of structures damaged by Hurricane Katrina. He is a licensed professional engineer in 29 states. Mr. Kuplic holds an M.S. in Engineering and B.S. in Architecture from University of Wisconsin.
David Allen, PE, Vice President, Business Development
David Allen joined FDH in February 2016, bringing more than 15 years of senior management experience in the engineering consulting industry with a focus on wireless infrastructure. Mr. Allen is a licensed professional engineer in 21 states and an experienced land development manager, with an expert understanding of the development process from land acquisition, entitlements, zoning, and construction drawings to permitting. His background includes serving as Vice President of Engineering Operations in charge of wireless development for Powder River Development Services, where he managed multidisciplinary teams representing site acquisition, engineering, construction, accounting, and project management professionals. He also served as Vice President and Business Manager for Kimley-Horn & Associates, in charge of the regional operations and management of 20+ offices and real estate investments. Mr. Allen holds an M.B.A. in Real Estate Finance and Development from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, and a B.S. in Civil Engineering from North Carolina State University.
Jeffrey J. Clymer, PE, PMP, Vice President, Transmission & Distribution Services
Jeff Clymer leads FDH’s engineering and investigative services for the power transmission and distribution (T&D) market. Mr. Clymer has more than 25 years of experience managing multiple, complex power projects and supporting client relationships for major programs. He excels at coordinating multidisciplinary teams of engineers, suppliers, and contractors, as well as forging strategic partnerships for new business growth and development. Previous experience includes leadership roles for Henkels & McCoy, Black & Veatch, ABB Inc., and Exelon Corporation. Mr. Clymer is a licensed professional engineer and a project management professional. He received a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Widener University and attended leadership programs at Duke Fuqua School of Business and Center for Creative Leadership. Mr. Clymer is a member of the American Society of Mechanical Engineering (ASME) and Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE).
Shai Halivni, Vice President/General Counsel & Secretary
Mr. Halivni joined FDH in January 2016. He brings to the company more than 24 years of international in-house and private practice experience. Mr. Halivni served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary for Signal Digital Inc. (2014), Vice President and General Counsel for Alma Lasers (2007-2013), and General Counsel and Secretary for Dyson, Inc. (2004-2007), in addition to previous legal work for Sears, Roebuck and Co. and other companies. Mr. Halivni is licensed to practice law in Illinois and New York. He received a B.A. in Political Science and Math, and a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Columbia University.
